Mental Health
We are the most populous country of the world with the highest number of young people. We are the country that gave the world – Yoga , Meditation , KamaSutra etc and today our society is disintegrating thanks to the mental health pandemic.
And that’s why focus on :
Workshops in private , govt bodies, colleges and housing societies
Spreading awareness through meaningful & relatable content on social media
Issues like stress, anxiety, or navigating difficult emotions are increasing everyday because :
Mental issues aren’t noticeable until they reach extreme levels
Mental health so far wasn’t considered as important as physical health
Low / No efforts towards spreading awareness around mental health
Stigma attached around seeking help for mental well being
Covid Initiatives
As soon as Covid hit , 1000s of Karma Warriors (volunteers) swung into action and leveraged their emotional, intellectual, and karmic intelligence to help people across the country. Some key initiatives that we undertook were :
1ST WAVE
Launched India’s 1st Free medical tele-consultation helpline by onboarding doctors across India.
Supported food distribution to lakhs of people ( migrants and below-poverty-line people ) in the NCR region.
Created tech platform ( app on Android & iOS ) to address pin code-wise emergency issues.
2ND WAVE
Operated a Free Mental well-being helpline by onboarding psychiatrists, and therapists to address emotional issues.
Partnered with SWIGGY to operate a Free food delivery helpline for affected families across NCR.
